- The Panama News - what began in 1994 as a free-distribution tabloid, The Panama New is now an online English newspaper. New issues are uploaded on the second and forth weekend of each month, cover the news and culture of Panama, and serve an English-speaking community with both West Indian and North American roots and a lot of people who use English as a second language.
